On the occasion of the 5th West China International Nursing Conference, on the afternoon of September 21st, two foreign professors of School of Nursing, Professor Phillip Della and Professor Ruben Martin Payo were invited to participate in the 2023 Founding Ceremony of Sichuan Service Alliance for Foreign Experts .At the ceremony, Professor Phillip Della and Professor Ruben Martin Payo were appointed as Special Experts for" Sichuan High-level Talent Introduction Program".

In 2023, the "Basic and Transformation Research on Life-Cycle Precision Nursing System" and "Special Research on the Introduction of High -end International Talents for WHO iSupport for Dementia Care Project" applied by our school were approved for the Overseas High-end Talent Introduction Project of Science & Technology Department of Sichuan Province. As main collaborators of the projects, two professors collaborate with the project leader to complete research and produce a series of research results. The two Professors have been appointed as Special Experts for" Sichuan High-level Talent Introduction Program". They expressed their appreciation to receive this honor. In the future, they will focus more on life-cycle precision nursing system research, continuously innovate nursing technology and transform nursing models, promote the development of nursing discipline, and jointly promote the health of people all over the world.
