On October 14, West China School of Nursing successfully held the online communication meeting with Professor Craig Thatcher, the Senior Associate Dean, and the other 9 faculty members from Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation, ASU in the 5G Remote Conference Center. Professor ZHOU Ling, the director of International Office of West China Hospital, Professor HU Xiuying, the director of Sichuan Key Laboratory of Nursing, and the other 9 colleagues in charge of relevant functional departments of West China School of Nursing, SCU participated the meeting, which was hosted by Professor ZHANG Fengying, the Vice Dean of West China School of Nursing, SCU.

Associate Professor ZHANG Fengying welcomed all the leaders, professors and experts at the beginning of the meeting, and introduced the participants from West China School of Nursing. Then Professor Craig Thatcher introduced the participants from ASU. associate Professor LI Lingli, the Vice Dean of West China School of Nursing, gave us a welcome speech. Both sides discussed the future collaboration on developing postgraduate courses, mutual recognition of credits, joint postgraduate degree education, and mutual visits of teachers and students.

The communication meeting enhanced the understanding between the two schools, clarified the cooperation expectation, which laid a good foundation for promoting nursing education and discipline development.
