On April 17, Vice Dean Lin Aizhen led a delegation of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sports of Macao Polytechnic University to visitour School. Vice Dean Zhang Fengying and faculty representatives of our school attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Vice Dean Zhang Fengying extended a warm welcome to the delegation. She reviewed the deep-rooted collaborative relationship with Macao Polytechnic University and introduced the history, talent cultivation, education and teaching, and scientific research at West China School of Nursing, Sichuan University.

Vice Dean Lin Aizhen introduced the history, talent education system, distinctive programs, key research areas, and research platforms of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sports, Macao Polytechnic University. She expressed hope for deepening cooperation in areas such as high-quality nursing talent cultivation and scientific research. Director Yuan Haobin introduced the Master’s program in Nursing.

Subsequently, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including the construction of distinctive features in higher nursing education, further education for nursing undergraduates and postgraduates, high-quality research collaboration and outcomes, and reached a consensus on jointly promoting the cultivation of high-level nursing talents.
