Dr.Hu is a distinguished academic leader in Sichuan Province, recognized as a Leading Talent in Academic and Technical Fields, a High-Level Overseas Scholar, and a Principal Investigator at the Tianfu Jincheng Cancer Care Laboratory. She serves as the Director of the Scientific Research Committee for the Sichuan Nursing Association and is an expert reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a thesis evaluator for the National Degree Center, and a teaching supervisor at West China Clinical Medical College. In additoin, she holds several key positions in professional organizations, including Secretary of the Education Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, Vice-Chair of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Community Nursing Association, Vice President of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Association, Deputy Director of the Oncology Rehabilitation Branch of the Anti-Cancer Association, and Vice Chairman of the Youth Scientists Club at West China Hospital. She is also actively involved in academic publishing, serving as Associate Editors, Editorial Board Member, and Peer Reviewer for 38 domestic and international journals, including Sci. Rep., Int. J. Nurs. Stud., Int. J. Nurs. Scholarsh., J. Clin. Nurs., Wom. Child. Nurs., J. Clin. Nurs. Res., etc.

Xiaolin Hu, Professor and Chief Nurse, Ph.D. Supervisor, Co-advisor for Postdoctoral Fellows, and Director of Discipline Construction Department at West China School of Nursing, Sichuan University. Dr. Hu is a joint Ph.D. graduate from Sichuan University and Case Western Reserve University, with a postdoctoral fellowship of Case Western Reserve University. She has also served as a Visiting Scholar at the Cleveland Clinic in the United States and VIA University College in Denmark.

聚焦癌症照护、老年与慢病照护、姑息照护，与美国克里夫兰诊所等国际顶级科研团队合作，在Sci.Adv., Int. J. Nurs. Stud.等国际期刊发表高水平英文文章100篇，总引用近2000次，7篇文章发表在专业领域世界排名第1的期刊，研究成果被主编专刊点评，并被多国指南引用。

主持国家自然基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划子项目2项、四川省重点研发项目（2项）、教育部产学研项目、CMB公开竞标重点项目等纵向课题20余项，经费900余万；主编/副主编人卫社十四五规划教材专著等8部；获得发明专利及软著等核心知识产权13项。

Xiaolin Hu focuses on the fields of cancer care, geriatric care, chronic disease management, and palliative care. She has an impressive track record of collaboration with esteemed international research teams, such as the Cleveland Clinic, which has led to the publication of 100 articles in prestigious journals including Sci.Adv. and Int.J.Nurs.Stud., accumulating nearly 2000 citations. Her research has been influential, with seven articles featured in the world’s top-ranked nursing journal. The research results has not only been recognized in special editorials by leading journal editors but has also played a crucial role in shaping guidelines adopted by multiple countries.

In terms of project leadership, Dr.Hu has presided three National Natural Science Foundation projects, two sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, two key R&D projects in Sichuan Province, a Ministry of Education industry-academia-research project, a CMB open bidding key project, and over 20 other vertical research topics, with a total funding exceeding nine million yuan. She has also contributed to academia as the chief editor/associate editor for 8 textbooks and monographs and has secured 13 intellectual property rights, encompassing invention patents and computer software copyrights.

Her contributions have been widely recognized with numerous honors and awards, such as the “Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Second Prize,” “Overseas High-Level Studying Talent,” “National Science and Technology Major Demonstration Excellence Award,” “Sichuan Province New Era Health Guardian,” “Sichuan Province Excellent Science Popularization Work,” “Teaching Achievement Second Prize,” “Chengdu City Science and Technology Talent,” and she has been listed in the “Global Scholarly Database Nursing Top 100 Chinese Experts Academic Influence List.” She is also known as “The Most Active Scholar in Chinese Nursing Research.”
