Since July 1993, has been working at West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University. Has held positions as Head Nurse, Department Head Nurse, Deputy Director of the Nursing Department, and Chief Nurse. September 1994 - July 1999: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Sichuan University. September 2003 - June 2006: Master's degree in Medicine, Sichuan University. September 2018 - September 2020: Doctorate in Medicine, Sichuan University. In July 2018, visited the University of Oxford in the UK for academic exchange, focusing on medical big data and precision medicine.

作为负责人主持教育部/ 省科技厅/省医学会/省卫健委等国家及省部级课题/项目20余项，总计经费约500万元；负责国家级继续教育项目2项。以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文100余篇，高水平期刊论文26篇。出版专著33部，主编10部（其中国家级规划教材3部），副主编10部（其中国家十四五本科规划教材1部）；作为大会主席每年主办国际/全国学术会，学术成果多次在IADR国际学术会、国际口腔颌面外科学术会、亚洲护士领袖高峰论坛等做大会报告；获专利11项，软件著作权3项；牵头/参与行业指南/标准/专家共识6项；荣获全国教育系统教学成果大赛优质课一等奖、全国优质护理先进个人、四川省改善医疗服务先进个人、四川省科技进步奖三等奖2项、国家级一流课程、省级一流课程等。

Professor Bi has led over 20 national and provincial-level research projects and programs, funded by prestigious organizations such as the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Medical Association, and the Provincial Health Commission, with a total funding of approximately 5 million RMB. Additionally, Professor Bi has overseen two national continuing education projects. As a primary author and corresponding author, Professor Bi has published over 100 academic papers, including 26 in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals. They have also contributed to the publication of 33 books, serving as the chief editor for 10 of these (three of which are national-level planned textbooks) and as the associate editor for 10 more (including one textbook recognized in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for undergraduate education). In their capacity as conference chair, Professor Bi organizes and presides over annual international and national academic conferences. Their groundbreaking research has been featured in keynote presentations at notable academic events, such as the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) Annual Conference, the International Conference on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Asian Nurse Leaders Summit.Professor Bi holds 11 patents and 3 software copyrights. They have also led or contributed to the development of 6 industry guidelines, standards, and expert consensus documents.
