博士，主任护师、教授，四川大学华西医院护理部副主任。美国护理科学院院士（FAAN），四川省“卫生健康英才计划”领军人才，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选，四川省科技专家库专家，中组部第九批援疆干部，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家，十四五规划教材《护理研究》、《高级健康评估》副主编。2004年本科毕业于四川大学后留院工作，2010年获得硕士学位，2017年获得博士学位，先后赴美国、英国、泰国等地交流学习，2018年选派为中组部第九批援疆干部，2019-2022年担任四川大学华西护理学院副院长。获得“四川大学十佳护士”、“华西青年榜样”、“院级先进个人”、“先进党务工作者”、“特殊贡献奖”等荣誉称号。

She graduated from Sichuan University in 2004 and worked in the hospital,received her master's degree in 2010 and her doctor's degree in 2017. She has been to the United States, the United Kingdom, Thailand and other places for exchange and study. In 2018, she was selected as the ninth batch of cadres to aid Xinjiang and served as the deputy dean of West China Nursing College of Sichuan University from 2019 to 2022.She won the honorary titles of "Top Ten Nurses of Sichuan University", "West China Youth Role Model", "Advanced Individual of the Hospital", "Advanced Party Affairs Worker", "Special Contribution Award",etc.

研究方向主要为外科护理、护理管理、护理交叉研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目，四川省自然科学基金面上项目，四川省科技厅重点研发项目、四川省卫健委项目、四川大学“医学+制造”中心探索项目、华西护理学科发展专项基金重点项目等科研项目20余项。以第一或通讯作者在Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery-American Volume，The Journal of Arthroplasty，Journal of Biomedical Materials Research Part B-Applied Biomaterials等高水平期刊上发表论文70余篇。申请/授权发明及实用新型专利、软著10余项，授权发明专利有《一种手术切口愈合等级判别系统》、《一种自动寻找伤口并识别伤口状态的仪器》、《穿戴式心电动态全真绘测智能除颤仪及其控制方法》等。负责主编/参编《护理研究》、《高级健康评估》、《骨科加速康复护理实践》、《骨科护理手册》、《外科护理新进展》等教材/专著10余部。负责及参与《新生研讨课（护理学+管理学导论）》、《护理研究》、《护理学研究方法》、《护理研究前沿与临床转化》等本科及研究生授课。指导学生获批大学生创新创业校级/院级项目立项，指导项目获得首届医学虚拟仿真试验创新大赛卓越奖、网络人气奖，指导学生论文荣获四川大学优秀毕业论文，获得校级学术型社团指导教师鼓励奖，以第一完成人的研究成果获得四川省医学科技奖一等奖、中华护理学会科技奖二等奖等。

英文：The main research directions are surgical nursing,nursing management and nursing cross research. Hosted more than 20 scientific research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Ministry of Education Industry University Cooperation Collaborative Education Project, the Sichuan Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology Key R&D Project, the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission Project, the Sichuan University "Medicine+Manufacturing" Center Exploration Project, and the West China Nursing Discipline Development Special Fund Key Project. Published over 70 papers as the first or corresponding author in high-level journals such as Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery American Volume, Journal of Arthroplasty, Journal of Biomedical Materials Research Part B-Applied Biomaterials. More than 10 invention and utility model patents and software copyrights have been applied for/authorized. The authorized invention patents include "A surgical incision healing level discrimination system", "An instrument for automatically searching for wounds and identifying wound status", "Wearable ECG dynamic full true imaging intelligent defibrillator and its control method", etc. Responsible for editing/co editing over 10 textbooks/monographs, including "Nursing Research", "Advanced Health Assessment", "Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing Practice in Orthopedics", "Orthopedic Nursing Handbook", and "New Advances in Surgical Nursing". Responsible for and participated in undergraduate and graduate courses such as " Freshman Seminar (Introduction to Nursing + Management)", "Nursing Research", "Nursing Research Methods", "Frontiers of Nursing Research and Clinical Translation".She guided the students to obtain approval for university level/college level innovation and entrepreneurship projects, guided the project to win the Excellence Award of the first Medical Virtual Simulation Experiment Innovation Competition and the Network Popularity Award, guided the students to win the excellent graduation thesis of Sichuan University, and won the school-level academic association instructor's encouragement Award. She won the first prize of Sichuan Medical Science and Technology Award，the second prize of Chinese Nursing Association Science and Technology Award as the first completed person's research results.
