2004年就读四川大学，在华西坝完成护理学本科、硕士、博士学习，期间在香港理工大学进行访问学习。轮转多个外科科室，现于华西医院日间手术中心工作，任护士长。研究成果主要涉及肠癌术后症状控制和功能恢复、快速康复路径实施、日间手术流程管理。精力旺盛、热爱熬夜，希望从临床寻找问题进行学术研究，目的为推动临床护理理念和方式之革新。

Huang Mingjun studied at Sichuan University starting in 2004, completing her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies in nursing at West China Medical School. During this period, she also conducted visiting studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Having rotated through multiple surgical departments, she currently works as the head nurse in the Day Surgery Center at West China Hospital. Her research focuses primarily on the postoperative functional recovery of colorectal cancer patients, as well as the implementation of fast-track recovery pathways and day surgery process management. Energetic and fond of practice research, she believes that academic research should address clinical problems, with the ultimate goal of advancing innovation in clinical nursing.
