四川大学华西护理学院副院长；博士，教授，硕士导师；四川大学护理学博士毕业，东京大学博士后；曾到访哈佛大学、密西根州立大学、美国德克萨斯医学中心等学习交流；聚焦老年护理、护理管理、护理教育等研究领域。

As a Professor and Senior Nurse, as well as a Master's Supervisor, Prof. Zhang is involved in teaching, mentoring students, and supervising research projects, particularly those focused on advanced degrees. Having obtained a Doctoral degree from Sichuan University and completed postdoctoral work at The University of Tokyo indicates an extensive background in both national and international research environments. Conducted academic visits and exchanges at prestigious institutions including Harvard University, Michigan State University, and the Texas Medical Center in the United States, engaging in scholarly discussions and collaborative learning opportunities. Prof. Zhang's focus on challenges in geriatric care, nursing management, and nursing education highlights a commitment to improving the quality of care for elderly patients, optimizing the administration of nursing services, and enhancing the educational framework for future nurses.

负责国家自然科学基金面上项目、四川省科技厅等科研项目6项，累计经费100余万；人民卫生出版社“十四五”规划教材《护理伦理学》、《医护技实践技能操作手册》等副主编及参编教材10余部；发表论文在《Nurse Education Today》、《中国医学伦理学》等杂志20余篇。获得“第十届中国大学生医学技术技能大赛优秀组织管理者奖”、 “学生心目中最喜爱的教师”、“探究式-小班化教学质量优秀奖”、“四川大学优秀教师”、四川大学教学改革项目《护理伦理学》一等奖等。

As the Chief Investigator, Prof. Zhang has been awarded 12 competitive external grants in China from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Education, and the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province, etc. Having served as the chief editor, deputy editor, and a contributing author, she has been involved in the compilation of 13 nationally planned textbooks and various other academic works. As first author/corresponding author, Prof. Zhang has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in Nurse Education Today, Journal of Clinical Nursing, BMJ OPEN, and other journals, and has been awarded 8 Invention Patents and Software Copyrights. The graduate students mentored by Prof. Zhang have been awarded the 'Excellent Graduate' in Sichuan Province and have also won the Second Prize in the National Simulation Innovation Application Competition. Professor Zhang was awarded the Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award for her outstanding contributions to advancements in geriatric care research.
